In Memory of our Pugs

For as long as I have been selling on eBay, there has been a pug as my "auction mascot"...appearing at the bottom of every auction. They advertise my store and let everyone know this isn't a pet free home.

Suki left for the Rainbow Bridge in October 2002. After Suki was gone, Duke carried on as auction mascot in his mother's footsteps..

Duke went to join his mother in January 2003. It was a very sad thing to have no pug at the bottom of my auctions. Of course, it was even sadder to have no pug in our lives... A new dog never replaces the old... she just takes that flat face and starts nudging away, making a new place in your heart. But, a piece of your heart always remembers and aches with love for the furbabies that have come before. |
